I quickly embraced the Spirit of Aquai and found the culture of Mohegan Sun not only refreshing but it helped me fuel my passion to provide the best possible service and experience to not only our guests but to coworkers as well. 'My beginning at Mohegan Sun started straight out of high school, with the intention to just earn money while going to college. Jessica models the Spirit of Aquai everyday as she has worked alongside the banquet team in a leadership capacity to deliver the highest in service to our meeting guest. Jessica joined Mohegan Sun back in 2008 as a Housekeeping Office Assistance and through her dedication and attention to detail she has worked her way up the organization from a Banquet Server to most recently a Banquet Shift Manager where she has been taking care of the convention customer in every aspect of service execution.
